Why Ramadan?
While the cure is at Allah's discretion, Ramadan brings together several factors that increase the probability for cure and relief:
-
The devils are restrained.
-
Acts of worship and good deeds reach their peak.
-
Sins are significantly reduced.
-
Continuous good deeds wipe away past sins.
-
Forgiveness of sins is granted more often.
-
Supplications (dua) are more readily accepted.
-
Laylatul-Qadr and the writing of the upcoming annual decree.
-
The angels descend in great numbers on this blessed night.
-
The combined supplications of the believers, and their goodwill for each other
